About the role

As a Customer Success Manager at Flowlink, you’ll ensure our customers achieve their goals and have an exceptional experience with our products. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and collaborating with internal teams to resolve challenges and drive success.

What you’ll do
  • Support new customers for smooth Flowlink adoption.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to address customer needs and feedback.

  • Analyze metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Advocate for customers to improve product and service.

What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

  • Understand customer needs and translate into insights.

  • Experience using CRM tools and customer success platforms.

  • Passion for helping customers succeed and delivering exceptional service.
